Plains Midstream Canada - PlacementOk - I'm going to ratchet up the speculation here - take a look at this pic (from the Plains Midstream Canada website - click the link). They have a SIGNIFICANT presence in the Fort Saskatechewan area - a NATO acquisition would make perfect sense to have a rail option, and additional storage - that comes with NATO and the efficiencies that come with thier current midstream operations.
....ok - this just went from interesting to VERY interesting to me. Judge for yourself.
