RE:New 52 week low

RE:New 52 week lowIf it's not in a written contract, I bet you don't have a leg to stand on.

As well, their "Forward looking Statements" cover them pretty well.

I just want to know WHO at Ithaca is ulimitely responsible for NOT knowing these guys were SO FAR off schedule from Jan. to Feb.

BOTH companies should be apologizing to Shareholders who can only go by what they are being told. Is there more to it . .You can BET therr is. Will we ever know . . . Doubt it...

That said, I'm surethe  IAE BOD knew that the SP would take a short term pounding, yet no one was selling inside before this.

In the read view mirror, this is a BIG hiccup, shareholder view wise.  In the grand SCHEME of STELLA . . just GET 'ER DONE and GUSH!!!!!
