I remember after the last crash around 2009 Romarco T.R was trading around 10 cents.
everybody told me I am crazy to look at that company... I didn't buy!

well, it went to over $2.00 and I never heard from those people again.
R also had a tough time, lots of delution - over 1 billion shares now, trading at 0.54
