Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in approximately 60-120 equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative screening and fundamental analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

GG, the only thing that may be off on my post is the timing of the sale, but for me, with such a loss of confidence from the market, after this latest setback, I guarantee you that the institutional holders will demand an overhaul on the board.  And once that happens, there will be an enormous push to sell.  If this latest timeline appears to be on track - and as Dbeaude ponted out, they have 75% completed, then a Q1 2016 sail away for the FPF will trigger a sale, if not at Christmas then for sure in Q1.  This company has a short life left if for no other reason than the current BOD and management do not want to stick around to find out that Stella UNDERPERFORMS (not saying that it will underperform, but would ANYONE be surprised at this point??).  And if that were to happen, and they haven't sold, then what????  Then you are in even a more serious pile of poopoo with the debt you are holding.  No, it's gone by Christmas if not before.  The big holders will see to that.
