The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

RE:RE:PerkilloilhasgasSo the rollback is the last thread to pull at? You think that will scare people away? Most want it. I envision a time in the not too distant future when production stability is gained and PTAXF joins the ranks of Long Run and Surge as nice dividend payers. So a reverse will surely happen and that will be the time I know they have stability throughout the company. And, hopefully wii start a small dividend. Investors will pour in at that time. But, no reverse is in the near future. So you can put that baby to rest. No one cares about that right now. The reserves were way better than the shorts thought, the executive changes were for the betterment of the company structure. Now all we need is oil to move slowly up. The next report is priced in and irrelevant, IMO. Things are changing daily. Who gives a hoot about 3-6 months ago. I give you guys credit, but you may be out of your depth here. You have been wrong too many times in a row and have lost credibility. Changing up the aliases and the "soft bash" shows initiative, but come on,
