Listening again to Doug's presentation at Whistler, he does not actually say that they are presently loading 5.5 unit trains a week, "from a contracting perspective, we are at 5.5 unit trains a week". What is also odd is that they have comissioned the site for 8.5 to 9 unit trains a week, but the project is targetting 10.5 unit trains a week. So, what extra monies are need to be spent to hit the target of 10.5?
Is that increase from 8.5 to 10.5 actually Phase 3? Something is terribly wrong here folks...
