Blackberry's encryption is designed by the Blackberry subsidiary, Certicom. For Samsung to licence Certicom's ellyptic curve cryptography for KNOX and installed in Samsung phones is absolutely HUGE.

At this time, only NATO gov'ts and military use this top level of encryption. When this becomes the standard for financial institutions and enterprise, Blackberry share price will go up a loooong way.
