Cash on hand

Cash on handCan someone explain to me how the company lost 50 million dollars over the last year.  I was just looking on their website and saw that they state in March 2014 they had more than 103 million dollars cash position, and in their last press release they said they had 53 million dollars in cash and short term investments.  Suroco was a share based purchase not cash. So where did that money go? All towards capex? Are they as cash flow positive as some people on here think? And now with 35 million of that going to the debenture payment will they have enough to survive if they don't get the new financing signed in the 2nd quarter as stated?  Before I get attacked, these are legitimate questions I have, I am neither bull nor bear just a guy still thinking about buying in.
