Delta State selling Midwestern?

Do not know why the previous post pasted in blue but........

The local article written on 2/25 was a protest editorial regarding the state of Delta selling their shares of Midwestern OG and a power company.  Said the Governor had already given approval and indicated they thought $ will end up in private pockets.

So, Midwestern is but a shell company owned by Nigerians?
