Option payment / drill permits

Option payment / drill permitsIn the recent interview they said they have to make an option payment of 3 m $ to make by the end of February. Also, that they should have the drill permits soon. I have not seen any update on these topics.
IMO they should give the shareholders an update. Or have I missed something?
