NPV... read 125million is market cap with 350million shares

NPV... read 125million is market cap with 350million sharesOn paper you can put whatever NPV2billion the reality at least until 2018 there is going to be dilution, dilution of value and costs will go up.

Why did FA sell Allana stocks to ICL at 0.48cents if he thought NPV was 2billion on float of 250million shares. 

Why should any shareholder buy Allana at current price, when  ICL paid 0.48 cents year back and that  is marked up  preminum price ? Dilution has happened since that, so the SP should be lower.
