With the rate that things are changing globally (Jamaica, Uruguay legalized, many US states joining in...) I think you would be naïve to think that legalization is not coming. Canada has the best environment for this business, and TWD has the best chances IMO. In regards to your point 5, how many players can afford to join in when the costs are so high to startup, getting a license is not guaranteed, and how much market share is a new player going to get when the media is focusing on TWD?
