AS far as I can see less than 5% below market price and no warrants so ok with me.

Some more ounces of gold so heading towards 50:50 gold:silver as it seems. And the deal has not been done via debt which is nice as well to be honest given that I personally would like to see them letting debt levels not get too high as leverage does work both ways...
