COS Production and WTI

COS Production and WTIAt this production level, 300,200 b/d and Friday's price for SCO of $63.50, COS breaks even, including the 5¢ divy.  This is a critical juncture for COS since they would not have to borrow money and hoprfully it will begin to concern the shorts, who I think were in there today.

On the WTI chart we continue to have a log jam near $50.  Today the 20 day MA is above the 50 day.  However WTI is below both the 20 and 50.  Right now the most positive thing on this chart is the support at $48.  Brent took a big hit today, down $3 and it did not affect WTI. Things are looking up!!
