It supplies graphite and is engaged in the electric vehicle battery supply chain through the development of its flagship Aukam graphite mine and ongoing exploration at the Capim Grosso property. The Aukam property includes a mining license (ML) 215 (5,002 hectares (ha), in respect of base and rare metals, industrial minerals, and precious metals), and an exclusive prospecting license (EPL) 8746 (49,693 ha, in respect of base and rare metals, industrial minerals, and precious metals). The Aukam property is located in the district of Bethanie, Karas region of southern Namibia. The Capim Grosso Graphite project is situated in the center-east portion of the Bahia State, 280 km from the port of Salvador, the state capital, and 166 km from Feira de Santana and covers over 6,312 ha. Caribou Achieves more than 99.9% Graphitic

Caribou Achieves more than 99.9% Graphitic Caribou's flotation tests yield 99.4% Cg purity 2015-03-03 08:15 ET - News Release Mr. Michael England reports CARIBOU ACHIEVES MORE THAN 99.9% GRAPHITIC CARBON FROM FLOTATION TEST ON SECOND LOCATION ON UNCLE ZONE, QUEBEC Caribou King Resources Ltd. has released exceptional preliminary results from its first beneficiation test at a second location sample on the 100-per-cent-owned Buckingham flake/lump graphite property. This second sample was taken from the wall of a historic trench, located roughly 250 metres ESE of the previously announced sample that yielded purity of up to 99.4% Cg (see PR dated February 17th, 2015). Both samples were taken from the "Uncle Zone", a approx. 600 meter wide area of mineralization in the SE portion of Buckingham Property, and assays were conducted by SGS Canada Inc. (Lakefield). The second sample, with a head grade of 56.0% Cg (58.3% total C), was concentrated by grinding and flotation and divided into three size fractions: +48, +100 and -100 mesh. The +48 mesh size (jumbo size) fraction represented 31.6% of the flotation concentrate and assayed greater than 99.9% Cg(i). The +100 mesh size (medium to large size) fraction represented 25.3% of the flotation concentrate and assayed greater than 99.9% Cg(i). Initial Flotation Test Results Concentrate Fraction Distribution (%) Assay (% Cg) +48 mesh 31.6 greater than 99.9(i) +100 mesh 25.3 greater than 99.9(i) -100 mesh 37.3 96.5 Total recovery (%) 94.2 (i) Assay results for +48 mesh and +100 mesh returned values of 101.5% Cg and 100.2% Cg respectively, and are shown above as greater than 99.9%. Further testing is currently being carried out to verify these values. All reported results have an associated measurement uncertainty based on the expected precision and accuracy relating to the method and sample concentration. Values at 100% should not be treated as pure products without additional impurity testing. Testing by party and/or umpire analysis will reduce, but not remove measurement uncertainty of the method. Note: Flotation test analysis from a 1kg portion of the 2kg grab sample These results were obtained in a single flotation test without process optimization such as acid leach or alkaline roast. Exceptional results from the two samples collected 250 metres apart are extremely encouraging as they indicate that material is widespread within the "Uncle Zone" and could also be qualified as ultra-high-grade graphite. Caribou King has therefore decided to make metallurgical studies a top priority in parallel to an aggressive exploration program at its "Uncle Zone". Purity of Buckingham graphite is to be further defined by additional tests as to get the maximum benefit from it. Michael B. England, CEO & Director of Caribou King stated, "Needless to say, these results are highly encouraging. They suggest that mineralization at the Uncle Zone is high purity and also extends for a considerable distance." All carbon analyses were performed by SGS Canada Inc. (Lakefield) and are reported as graphitic carbon Cg employing a LECO SC-632 instrument. The results reported in this release are from a single trench and are not necessarily representative of all mineralization hosted in this zone. Further testing must be carried out to verify these results. Isabelle Robillard, P. Geo #287 (an Associate of Inlandsis Consultants s.e.n.c.), an Independent Qualified Person under National Instrument 43-101, has reviewed the metallurgical balance sheet and assay results produced by SGS Canada Inc. (Lakefield) and approved the technical information provided in this news release. © 2015 Canjex Publishing Ltd. All rights reserved.
