  • FCU isn´t in immediate need for money just yet. My guess is they have around 13-15 million dollars still in the bank, even when taking FUU deal and current drilling into consideration.
  • I agree with your statement that whenever FCU gains momentum, management introduces something weird.
  • If such a deal were to take place, it would be to have a stronger position against hostile takeovers AND to get a big pile of money at the same time (to further expand  their deposit). IMO they could suffice with a PP and a Poison Pill plan as well, but that's just my humble opinion.
