If there is a stock market story deserving of a lawsuit it's this one. The BOD has done the complete opposite of what they should do to negotiate on behalf of Mart shareholders. Everything agreed to by Derrick and his BOD is totally in favour of Midwestern interests, not the shareholders of Mart Resources.
 
Midwestern is a private company so we will never know the price of what its shareholders will pay for Delta State's stake. Is it going to be a barrel for barrel stink bid equal to our own Delta will be accepting or will they reap a more substantial amount from their good buddies. Draw your own conclusions.
 
Off Topic: CAMAC will have a conference call on March 12th. Do you think management will announce oyo-8 will be gushing 7,000 bopd + by then? oyo 8 & 7 were to be brought on production by the end of this month. I hope RIG was able to accomplish what Energy Searcher couldn't do. At this point I now realise owning the OML is much better than only having a production sharing agreement.
