Minor news would be news below expectations and an excuse to sell off, this has happened many times to my stocks this year on NR's which were perceived by many stock holders to be positive. I hold 70k shares in ZEN and am long but the company has been poor in the writing of their NR's in the past which has caused stock sell off's. I hope this answers your question.
