I agree but I don't think MGW knew that they were going to get the approvals and solidify the joint venture with the California board. MGW's share price is just confounding. Too much dillution and little control and interest means that we're just floundering. You can see the share price is being propped up close to the 5 cent PP. By whom, I have no idea.
