- staff level of under 10 means you are likely keeping on CEO, CFO, BD, HR?, Facility guy to ensure full decommisioning, legal to handle GM Lawsuit, someone for finance, Ops guy with experience to run an acquired company.  My bet is your running costs for salaries are then maybe $300K/quarter for staff, some for legal/investment bankers
- financials will show cash status as well as if the decommissioning provision was accurate
- the wording is very shareholder friendly
- good final Q as well
