Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong but isn't this really good for us? 12% is an extremely high rate but I thought that anything that we got from Dundee would have been paid by further diluting our shares. I think getting almost half a million dollars at 12% is way better than paying them in shares at $0.065 with a warrant attached to it? Am I right? Chizzles
