Solid little company

Solid little companyAtrium mortgages is a little hidden gem I discovered by word of mouth. It finances commercial and industrial as well as residential properties so it is diversified - not exposed strictly to consumer debt. Imagine getting a 7% yield - it passed the interest on to the shareholder so you are getting interest income rather than dividends but hey, 7% yield is pretty sweet.
