I agree; that is the same reason I entered LRE. With the dividend gone; LRE will address the present situation & address the future as a truly growth stock. The present events have forced LRE to change direction & for the better.

High dividends from small & mid tier companies play out as "Ponzi" schemes becasue monies are squandered or borrowed (whether leveraging or share offerings) to pay unsustaninable yields & thus devalue sp through debt & at the expense of company growth.
