Director Gibson's Sedi filings show that he holds $140,000 of convertible debentures through his 2207457 Ontario Inc. Those are unsecured, so he'll likely be out $140,000 (The debentures are direct unsecured obligations of the company, ranking subordinate to all liabilities except liabilities, which rank in right of payment equally with or subordinate to the debentures. The debentures will rank pari passu with all subordinate indebtedness).
