RE:RE:RE:PDACIf financing required, believe some if not most would be provided by Ecuador Government similar to last time.  That is, Ecuador would provide DMM extended payment plan on royalties and annual mining concession payments.  Ecuador continues to need DMM to be successful so that other foreign direct investment flows into Ecuador mining sector.  And believe Washer and DMM continue to have good relations with Ecuador government.  Just my opinion.
