RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:How to over come this (Limited)Woolwich...can't disagree with any of your comments. Unlikely to be any "white knight". The past several years has shown how inept management and the directors have been. They obviously never had a business plan to restructure/recapitalize the business. Even an outsider with out full information can recognize that the money losing divisions needed to be sold/closed or major changes had to be made. It has been very frustrating due to the lack of action and now lack of information.

Any white knight would only get involved once the company goes into receivership where major changes can be completed. Even then the white knight would only be interested in specific assets. Surprising to me that this is trading as high as it is....makes me think an outsider (or Brookfield) is positioning.
