Disagree, krys will overturn our decision with mcci . It's happened already on two other cases. The real test is when they take this decision to canada and what the Canadian courts will do with this info. Will they hold down the injuction. I think they still will because stans will demonstrate that there is a real risk to the assets. A new arbitration  trial will probably have to happen again via a court of their choice. This was untested waters which is a shame. It's frustrating and I've said this all along, they are getting out of this by the legality and nothing to do with the actual case. The whole process doest address what happened and how investors have been screwed in their country. Again! By crooks !!!

why do you think there was an insider selling recently. If he didn't think the share price was going to go down in the next month or two, he wouldn't have done this. No man would sell a stock if he knew he could get more in a month or two. Hence we're going down!
