Mart's "reserves"

Mart's "reserves"
Mart's "reserves" are actually owned by Midwestern and Suntrust, and Mart only has a claim to the oil produced from those reserves as long as the services agreement is in place. All Midwestern has to do is put Mart in a position where that agreement can be torn up, and they won't have to buy Mart out. Give that some thought.
