I was definitely hoping that this agreement would be reached first, before financing is issued (if necessary later at higher prices).   But correct me if I'm wrong, if you listen to Rumble's January presentation it becomes clear that  "the financial capacity to launch and market product" was probably a "requirement" for distribution partner to come in.  Or maybe Rumble was hoping for upfront cash payment  that didn't happen either.  What you think?
