Altius Minerals Corp T.ALS

Alternate Symbol(s):  ATUSF

Altius Minerals Corporation is focused on growing its royalty business through prospect generation and the creation and acquisition of royalties. It diversified mineral royalties from 11 operating mines located in Canada (nine) and Brazil (two) that produce copper, nickel, cobalt, lithium, potash and iron ore. Its segments include Mineral Royalties, Project Generation and Renewable Royalties. The Mineral Royalties consist of the acquisition and management of producing and development stage royalty and streaming interests. The Project Generation segment is engaged in acquisition and early-stage exploration of mineral resource properties with a goal of vending the properties to third parties in exchange for early-stage royalties and minority equity or project interests. The Renewable Royalties segment includes a majority interest holding in publicly traded Altius Renewable Royalties Corp., which is focused on the acquisition and management of renewable energy investments and royalties.

RE:RE:RE:Hi Altius Board A question
Jalaspen - "what motivates you to enter back into the discussion when you sold because you disagree with the investment premise behind Altius"---I've done very well with Altius in the past; that I disagree with some of the choices mgm't has made in no way diminishes the respect I have for Brian, Chad, et al. Because I think a company's shares are overpriced doesn't mean I stop following it. For a good company that I understand, I will watch and wait and purchase when I think the price offers me a good risk/reward proposition. To answer you question directly, I would definitely be a buyer @$9, possibly higher if commodities move higher but I don't see that happening soon. When would I sell? When I no longer judge the potential reward worth the risk. If you've been in since $5, you enjoyed the refinery debacles did I, so the mgm't here is not infallible. BTW, I don't think anything that any of us post will affect the share price at all; someone asked for opinions and I think they're entitled to a balanced review, not just the positive. If my opinion is so offensive to you, block me. I've been on Stockhouse for a long time. and to this point I have three people blocking me. I read & post on the boards because I'm interested in divergent opinions, not just those that agree with my own; it's a learning tool. cheers
