RE:Mart's "reserves"

RE:Mart's "reserves""All Midwestern has to do is put Mart in a position where that agreement can be torn up, and they won't have to buy Mart out".

If Mart's partners were to rip up the production sharing agreement, not likely IMO, it would damage the marginal fields program Nigeria is counting on to raise cash for Nigerian marginal field owners who can not only raise funds themselves, but lack the expertise to advance field development on their own. IMO, if this deal doesn't go through and assuming we get cooperation from the banksters, it will be business as usual. Scamming Mart out of what we have rightfully earned would ruin the marginal field program where foreign participants would think twice about entering into such an agreement.
