All hat and no cattle

All hat and no cattleWhat do we really know about this company?

They produced partial results from two boreholes, which they described as "exceptional"

One of them showed a graphite vein of 12%, but only for 1.6 metres along the borehole, plus some peripheral material averaging less than 3%.

The other showed graphite at around 3%.

Historical data shows graphite grades around 3%

3% is below the economic cut-off level for most graphite projects.

Then we have this plan to import graphite from Brazil, process it in a used micronisation plant, and resell it. Companies like Asbury and Timcal have been doing that for many, many years and have built up expertise and customer bases in a very difficult market.
There is no indication that they will be able to do this profitably against such competition.

These guys are all hat and no cattle
