You are under the assumption tha LRE has little or no value. Take a look at their assets & production & diversity. Companies would love to get a hold of these assets.

It's obvious that there are those that would love to milk LRE dividends & have LRE use their line of credit to pay dividends & then seize the assets after driving LRE into debt. They are pissed that LRE is taking a frugal & responsible approach to debt mgmt. in this oil slump.

LRE has value & don't let anyone tell you different. There are those out there hoping to scare people into selling at a loss so that they can snatch the shares at rock bottom prices.
