LTS's Bakken assests are currently being looked at by Non-North American sources as per their conference call on Friday, so chances are if there is a buyer it is probably the same group/groups looking.  "we were in the neighbourhood and thought wed stop by" is most likely what is going on.  trying to shop around for the best deal.  CPG is not looking at LEG.  Someone is starting a rumor trying to get you to buy their stock.
