Now has that applied to companies in a sector with bearish sentiments? Also, are you comparing the same types of offers? Yes, the location has a bearing on things but, I've never saw an offer similar to this with any form of financing tied to the buyout that went remotely close to the offer price. Cash offers almost always preform, mergers are hit and miss but, offers like this rarely pop on the news. It's great to have a conversation but let's compare apples to apples not apples to pineapples.
