gary shilling opinion on oil ----10$see bloomberg video march 09....talks about survey of 2000 oil wells already drilled....and how only 1.6 % of those would have negative cash flow at 40$ oil....thinks we are in oversupply and weak demand situation..russia pumping more than ever to get required income at this lower oil price......I  would want cpg  to announce in their upcoming march 11 presentation ...how are they putiing on more hedges...what percentage of production and at what average floor price for 2016 and 2017.....they already have 50%of 2015 done at average 90$cad....24% of 2016..8% of 2017...also should raise new capital by share issue like encana or cenovus to chop their debt  at least in half ...preferably more...be ready for survival situation if oil stays low as in 1985 to 1999...averaged 28$ per barrel then...own 5300 cpg @ 36.93 $ a share....good hunting to all
