In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. RE:RE:RE:RE:2P ValuePlease corrected me if i'm wrong. The company reported December 31, 2014 year end reserves on 2P volumes of approx 8.1mmboe and a 2P value of $175.9 million before tax using a 10% discount rate. If we have 176 million$ oil value, the net value per share for the 2P is basically .20cents (excluding the others assets).

And by the way a small disgression, i have check the insiders position on SEDI and  i'm comfortable with my shares, some of them bought shares with their own cash and there are not sitting just on "hoping"  options like many other oil companies. Simple opinion, do your own research.
