RE:Analyst CommentThanks for the video clip. I'm a bit puzzled: he says he wouldn't sell until the dividend was raised but my question is why would he sell then anyway? The company won't raise the dividend until payment on such a raise (and any subsequent ones) was sustainable, so why sell? Most people investing in CSH are there for the monthly dividend, I'm guessing. Anyone who wants to make money on share price rise alone has many other better options, albeit riskier, than CSH which, if it rises at all will do so very gradually. (Disclosure: I've owned a small number of CSH shares for nine years and I'm only now considering adding to them. But I'm here for the income, not the value.)
