food for thought

food for thoughtThe anticipated deal, as most are aware, is biotech orientated. Diversification is the correct thing to do with the $50m cash, they have to make it work and can’t just sit on it.

The bear market is declared over by some and inflation scares are turning to deflation in certain markets, hardly good for precious metals. If anything they could spin out cardero as a separate entity and wait for a resource recovery, so for those who think a major will do a deal with LVN when silver in the $15s when it needs to be $25 for a sustained period, need to think again.

The only downer is that the deal was supposed to be announced last week and appears to have hit a problem, any further delays and the 12.5m shares traded in the last 3 weeks could easily trade back and drive the stock to the low 30c range.
