The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

RE:RE:Using the ignore optionWell said mouserman. I know im relentless at going to the extreme to call out stupidity, and here it runs rampant. To those people with realistic view points on where this company is, \i appologize for my tactics. To people like Deadcow, Perdgas, and Miner - all i can do is laugh at you and your fellow posters who live on shakey ground. PTA isnt your knight in shining armour. I wont rub it in when we see 0.10 cents man. I promise.

There's some real bad stuff on, and i think we will know by months end. If PTA was getting taken out, we would trend up towards our 2P value of 0.20 cents. Just my opinion.
