I think all the recent posts point up the need for some positive news posts ( not Fluff)
from Microbix over the next few weeks... I really do not like the current optics of insiders exercising warrants and selling off stock to buy the lower price warrants if that is in deed the case here
At the end of the day if you are a publicly traded  company you need to be responsible to your shareholders IMHO . They took great pride in their auditors removing some cautionary investment  statements in some recent quarterly results ... In my opinion the company needs a robust SP in order to keep investment cash flows  coming into this company  and the subsequent liquidity benefits . Investors do monitor insider trading activities ... and if they think the playing field is not a level one .. and if the mgmt team appears to be indifferent to those concerns  . that may not lead to the best outcomes for anyone IMHO
