First the debenture/note holders have to request to the Trustee Computershare to initiate a default to request to be paid in full or a negociation or an action against Armtec to protect their rigths. Debenture/note holders are entitled to what ? The same treatment of all unsecured debt holders, including the trade creditors. To vote on the proposed arrangement The debentures and notes to be assumed by Brookfield or repaid in full.
