Its lifestyle offering delivers comfort technologies such as Skechers Hands Free Slip-ins, Skechers Arch Fit, and Skechers Air-Cooled Memory Foam, among others.

Actually it comes down to not buying a company with no assets and only 25 million in cash at a price that values the company at half a billion dollars or more.
