RE:RE:CH-7Mill, you want Oiltar to provide timelines for his estimates to keep a level of credibility with you, yet, as you say, you don't provide an estimate of price, just basically an estimate of what may happen and when.  So how is your credibility any better than James when he provides a price estimate but no timeline and you provide a timeline but no price?
