Touchstone Strategic Income ETF V.SIO

Primary Symbol: SIO

The Fund seeks a high level of current income with a focus on capital preservation. The Fund invests, under normal market conditions, at least 80 percent of its assets in income producing fixed-income securities. This is a non-fundamental investment policy that the Fund's Board can change upon 60 days prior notice to shareholders. Income producing securities generally include corporate debt securities, mortgage-related securities, asset-backed securities, government securities (both U.S. government securities and foreign sovereign debt), and preferred stocks. The Fund will engage in frequent and active trading as part of its principal investment strategies.

Sailor - I don't disagree that we will need more cash either. But I think by the time we do the sp will be higher (based on current events) and more of the warrants will be exercised taking off some of the pressure.

I also hope that with a few more S2D deals signed (like you say, where is LG?), and the potential from the other patent deal with WiLAN, the cash required to get us over the hump to sustainable positive earnings and positive cashflow will be minimal and the timing will not be that bad.

In the meantime, while this board was slamming Routhier on the new format announcement, Campbell and others seem to appreciate it for what it is - an opportunity to get 3DGO! on every platform in the US, Canada and eventually internationally. I also hope that once Canada launches (this month?) that we will get some timelines on the expected roll out internationally.

If Routhier can pull off Canada this month it will be a step in the right direction on regaining confidence from SIO investors.
