Thanks gijane, Always appreciate your take. I don't think there's too many of us left. I thought AD disposed of his shares a while back? And where did RM aquire his sizable chunk that got him a board position, certainly not the majority on the thin trading that's been the norm. Could he be in with AD and that's why the lack of interest from the board. Just a thought but what if, and it's a big if AD wanted to bring UBS Ltd back into the the fold. It would certainly make him a lot more money than trying to pillfer the few dollars that are left in this sunken ship. Besides that what knowing shareholder in his right mind would vote AD without having LTD restored as part of the deal. But again maybe there isn't enough of "us" left after all this time to make a difference. Untill RM came onto the scene of late I'd pretty much given up any hope. But now I'm curious as to why and what. Could there be life after death on this one. Rare.... but it has been known to happen. I gather you got this info from talking to Ulicki?
