Cassels Brocks acted for US based institutional investor, Crede Capital Group LLC ("Crede") in connection with its $50 million investment in Orbite Aluminae Inc.("Orbite").

The investment consisted of a $10 million lead order under Orbite’s recently completed public offering and a follow-on investment commitment of up to $40 million consisting of 7.5% unsecured unsubordinated debentures and share purchase warrants.

The Cassels Brock team consisted of Lawrence Wilder, Joan Beck and Afzal Hasan (Securities); and Andrew Reback (Taxation).
