RE:RE:PPY vs PEY and TOUGood post but you must also understand why PPYs costs are higher..Simply lower production!  If you have a TOU producing 150,000 boepd and a PPY doing 13,600 (Q4)  Of course TOU gets economies of scale and higher number to divide those G&A / op costs into.  Check out what TOUs operating costs were 4 years go before production ramped up and what they are now.  

The same thing will happen to PPY over the next 5 years.
