Maybe a Squeeze Out

Maybe a Squeeze Out Maybe a “squeeze out”.

300,000,000 share outstanding.

186,000,000 owned by Aura

114,000,000 owned by retail investors and insiders.

Aura is in for around $13,000,000 (7 cents per share average)

Could Aura make a bid to the 114,000,000 shareholders to take 100% ownership of the resource?
What price per share would be fair? Would it be based on average share price or the fair market value of the resource, or both (no revenue)?

Was the 2:59 pm stock manipulations a part of the squeeze?

As an example, If Aura offered 30 cents per share to the 114,000,000 to take 100% of the resource, would you take it?

If we did, Aura would purchase the resource for around $50,000,000

Can the 114,000,000 dispute the 30 cent offer?

Interesting times. I’m no expert, but did some research on takeovers (squeeze out), everyone should do the same. Is it good or is it bad?

I left everyone with questions. Maybe someone with more knowledge could answer them.
