RE:Rights offering - MPVI just cannot stop myself, I have to comment on that. If we compare fairness, let's compare them.
One deal offers a 50% discount, 1 to 2 ratio, (1 to 1 with the warrants, or even better if you buy more on the open market), the other one offers 16% discount, 1 to 5.5 ratio, plus 12c for each share issued. I did not even mention the discount we gave out.
One deal drove the price down 15%, the other one 50%. There is the judgement on fairness.
